If you are a registered user subscribed to the Assured Plan, you can create a team account and invite your teammates to join Lnk8. This collaborative feature allows all team members to access Lnk8's powerful tools — including the link-in-bio, link shortener, QR code generator, and analytics — from a single, unified dashboard.
How to create a team and invite members
1. Log in to your Lnk8 account that is subscribed to the Assured Plan.
2. On the left-side panel, click on My Team. You’ll be prompted to Create a team bio before you can invite your teammates.
3. Follow the straightforward process of creating your company bio. Make sure to select Company when asked how you'd like to join.
4. Fill out all relevant details about your company, keeping it clear, concise, and informative. This will serve as your public-facing profile.
5. Add your company's logo, select a username, and customise the background to match your brand identity.
Click on Update Bio to complete the setup. Your Teams account is now ready!
6. Go back to My Team on the left panel, and you’ll see the option to Invite Member.
Remember, you can only invite users who are already registered with Lnk8.
7. Once the members accept your invite, you’ll see them listed under the Teams tab. From here, you can manage all invites, monitor active team members, and oversee their profiles.
